Project 52: Week 15

This week was mostly about being back home, getting back to our regular routine with work and school and cleaning the house.  I hadn’t cleaned properly before we left since Martin was housesitting (we have very different views of housekeeping :) AND it was wet and dirty outside due to snow finally melting. I cleaned the house from top to bottom and did a ton of laundry.

The weather’s still not been very exciting, cold, grey and dreary for the most part but we hear it’s about to get better this week. Yay!

Ps. Last week something odd happened to me. Not one, but two readers approached me in the subway and in the street. In almost five years of blogging it's never happened before and then two the same week. Thank you both so much for saying hi, it made my days. Tack! :) Next thought, do I now have to pay attention to how I look? Not sure my hair was clean and certainly not brushed on any of those two occasions...

Jag såg dig på t-banan (byte från blå linjen vid Fridhemsplan) för ett par år sen eller så och tänkte - det måste ju vara HON. Men liksom Kajsa kände jag mig inte helt bekväm att ge mig till känna som trogen läsare och så kom jag dessutom på att det kanske inte är Benita, utan Anne? Hon kanske är trött på att bli påhoppad av människor som tror att de (äntligen) träffat Benita IRL... :-)

That must have been fun! I always try to get a glimpse in the mirror before I leave the house. But, it seems that the days I am at my worst is when I run into people I know. (Especially in the middle of gardening or a DIY job)

I would have approach you too if I had ran into you while in NY. On my bucket list is a trip to Stockholm, Sweden (my husband travels often to Gothenburg on business)and I plan on doing a trip with him one day ... extending the stay. It's Bosch. I don't recommend it though. The suction is fine but it keeps falling on its side as I pull it along. So annoying.

Where's Benita was probably being played all over NYC that week! I'm sure you made their day/week/month! It's not as if you would blend in especially with that handsome young man by your side. Good thing you weren't at MOMA or another mad lady would have done the same. Does Wille think it odd?
