Midsummer's Eve. We are not big on tradition but it's very nice to be invited to a Midsummer's party nevertheless :).
One more thing checked off the to-do list. Wille and I reorganized his stuff in his room and two bags are going to the local Red Cross charity shop.
My garden keeps yielding the unexpcted. Such as this one. It's certaintly not something I've planted but it was a nice surprise.
Martin's 51st Birthday at Gröna Lund. Love those big colored light bulbs. I remember we used to have a similar string when I was little and I want one again!
Impromptu project in my craft corner. Will show you more as it unfolds. Still haven't figured out exactly what I want so we're winging it as we go along. The dresser is now downstairs...
Hmmm. To put back or not to put back? That is the question. Whether it's nobler to keep it or remove it...?
Can you believe it's July already?! And I'm exactly half way through my 365 Day Project! I'm kind of amazed that I've kept it up. Ok, only 182.5 days left until New Year's Eve.
Have a great weekend!
Very impressive!
Thanks for your presentation and I appreciate that!
Keep up your good work. I will come here regularly for news.

I love the coloured light bulbs too - and the gorgeous flowers you've shown us.

Sagaform har gjort en ljusslinga med stora färgade lampor och Clas Ohlsson har också en med mindre färgade lampor till bra pris! http://www.clasohlson.se/Product/Product.aspx?id=150324630
Ett tips bara :)

The lilium martagon looks so beautiful! I planted ten bulbs in my garden this spring and only one has come up :(
Your picture gives me hope that maybe they will grow next year.

Love this. So inspirational. I love the date stamp on each photo. Might have to try this next year...or maybe even the second half of this year.

I can't believe it's July either. We just celebrated Canada Day yesterday, and I just want time to stop. I think I could live with summer lasting forever. Great shots this week.

Hi Benita
I am a new reader to your lovely blog. I love love love your blog.
I am curious as to your 365 posts and wonder what is that magic number behind (365 176-182) on your every 365 day post. You may have mentioned it somewhere but being your new reader....I have yet to come across and so if you don't mind...pls share the mystery. :)
Thanks.

A very elegant friend suggested I dry Akvavit as a digestive. It tastes like nail polish remover!!!
Um. Where did that gorgeous overhead light come from?!

Hi! I'm a new reader of your blog! It really inspires me and since I'm OCD for organization, well I keep coming back for more. You also take great pictures. I just started the 365 days photo project 12 days ago and I'm loving it.
I wanted to mention that I love your white television on your June 30th photo... I wanted a white one hanging on my kitchen wall (about 26"), but settled for a black one (since that's all they have here in Canada). So I'm a little jealous I must say! Love it and keep up the great work!
Take care,
Jennifer (Quebec, Canada)

I think 176-182 means days 176 to 182 out of 365! I started the 365 project and it's great!

They are indeed days 176 through 182 out of the year's 365 days as Jennifer pointed out. One photo per day for the whole year is the plan.

They are all over Gröna Lund. Proably specially made. There were little toad stool ones too :).

I love that your home has so much light, even on a sunny day my rooms don't seem bright and airy like your gorgeous pics above. I am also very impressed that you have kept up with the 365 projects you deserve a pat on the back for that ;)
