I'm curious.
I've noticed that you, sweet readers, are really from all over the world. So amazing. Can I just ask you how you found my blog? My blog stats only tell me so much and I'd love to hear how you ended up reading my little posts from way over here in Sweden.
Also, is there anything in particular you'd like to read about or see photos of? Those of you who've already written and asked for specific topics, I promise, they're coming up soon!
The peonies above from my garden are for you!
Hi! I'm from Sydney and I found you on Apartment Therapy. Like everyone else here you have inspired me to be (or TRY to be) much more organized at home! Love your photos and how you have put your rooms together :-)

If you can take one more comment: I intended to reply this morning but I read other comments first and when several people referred to crazy aunt purl, I went there and read her blog all day long! I guess I am a blog stalker!
I found you though either apartment therapy or rearranged design and I was immediately hooked. I think it's the simplicity. I am drawn to your style and lack of clutter. I am at a point in my own life where I want to pare down. I directly attribute my stress level to the items around me and sometimes fell that things are closing in on me. Well, a lot of the time. We Americans have so much stuff it is embarrasing.
So I am interested in your way of living simply and elegantly - and any post relating to organization. I am also intrigued by Sweden. My grandmother was Swedish although she was born in San Francisco. Plus I love Ikea and my family is on its 5th Volvo! So there you have it.
Thanks for keeping me entertained and inspiring me.

I live in Australia and I'm expecting my 4th baby. We live in a very small house and had decided not to move yet . I was looking for ideas on flickr groups in how to solve the lack of space and organization problem I have and came across with your photos. I felt in love with your so organize, clean and simple living style. I also love to read your blog, you inspire me and give me so much positive energy. Thank you so much for everything you share!!!

I found you via Flickr. I was searching for photos of Norwegian Royals (of all things!) and that lead me to looking at some random IKEA photostream. I saw your home and fell in love. :) I feel you display something honest and beautiful. Also your hints help me so much and make me believe that even though I am not a designer/decorator and I'm certainly not the most organised person in the world, maybe I can have a house as lovely as yours.

Another reader via Crazy Aunt Purl. You are so creative, I wonder if you knit...and, I'll just ask it for all of us, where and how would you store your stash?
I love everything I see here and on your flickr pages. I was so inspired, I almost couldn't sleep.
When can we buy your book? (Is there one? I don't mind starting a rumor.)

I started a blog when I moved to North Carolina USA from London UK, mainly to keep in touch with my Mum. That got her interested in blogs, and she found your blog and mentioned it to me.

It was only recently that I found you in another blog I love to read (crazyauntpurl.com) and was hooked when scrolling your blog, seeing all the nice pictures of your house and ways to organize things. I am one of those busy office girls and would so much love to get organized but always find an excuse - so your website hit home for me :-)

I´m Swedish, and I found a reference to your flickr-page on another blog, I can´t remember which one. But I do remember that I fell into trance over your neat and organized kitchen. I visit your blog quite often, at least once a week. It is extremely inspiring! I´m so happy you link to Swedish stores like Ikea, Clas Ohlsson etc. and not to some odd "Container store" or "Pottery barn" or the like in the US that don´t ship to us poor swedes ;)

I found a link to your site on CrazyAuntPurl.com. I dream of being able to organize my life even a small percentage of what I've seen on your site so far! What an absolutely gorgeous home! I really love your style. My mother's father was Swedish, so it's nice to feel a little connection there as well. Thank your for letting us see a part of your world, Jennifer

First off, I have been a bit obsessed with peonies lately and I have a difficult time finding them here (in hot central Texas)... so your picture brightened my day. As for finding your blog, I initially found your photos in the Domino Flickr pool and later found your blog through MakingItLovely You are an unending source of inspiration. Keep up the lovely work!

A search for 'nice laundry room' in Google brought up your Flickr photo. While your laundry room isn't quite what I was looking for, I've found loads of other goodies along the way.

Oh dear this is very late - I hope you'll get a notification for this comment :)
I'm not sure but I think I found your blog through apartmenttherapy.com yesterday, and I couldn't stop reading, until I found this entry and I thought I just have to let her know, like many others here, how awesome her blog is!
Benita, your blog is AWESOME. Thank you for all the tips and all the details! Especially the details! I love your pictures and your writing style, I just love everthing about your blog.
Keep up the good work and have a nice weekend! Sending you you sunshine from Berlin, Germany :)

Wow, what an awesome blog. I noticed your photos on Flickr corners of my home. I love your organization ideas and how you can problem solve. I live in Topeka, Kansas USA. We just bought a house and starting to decorate, organize and establish spaces. I find your blog incredibly helpful. I want to live a more structured life. Maybe not like our friend who has ocd, who has to have all the labels facing forward, but more one that allows more time for fun. I have read a couple of chapters of a book on organizing. It doesn't even come close to this shining blog. Thank you

Hi Benita,
Even if this will be a late comment, I thought it would be nice to drop one here. You ask us about how did we find you, I don't remember clearly, but must have started one of your explored photos on flickr, eventhough I am not a very regular reader, I like to stop by every now and then.
No need to say how much I enjoy your postings, though :o)
Thanks a lot for sharing and my warmest regards from Turkey!

Benita, Hi!
As the previous post mention that's a bit late but I also felt like responding to your question!!! I know I have a bookmark on your flicker page possibly from AT for two or three months now and it's one of my first since I'm new to this online world of living and decoration. Then I think through sfgirlbybay or decor 8 I realized you had a blog too and started visiting regularly!! I heart your sense of living and the mentality you have! Great WORK! I'm Sophia from Athens, Greece but I live now in Chalkida, Evia(a big island close to Athens).
Sending you my regards!!

Even though you asked this question already a while ago, I tell you anyway:
I found you through apartmenttherapy.com. Love love love the clean look of your house! I just can't get my sweetie to take part in my organization hype lately, but he does like the organized pantry cum wine cellar... if he could only put those bags of crisps in the right place ;-))

Minna from Blomsterverkstad posted a link to your blog so I stopped by here. I'm a fan of swedish things. So being able to read what you write (I just began learning swedish at adult evening class in september) and to learn something about interior (as well white things and organization) made me stick to your blog / site and I have to read it all :) Thanks for sharing your thougts - I enjoy reading them.

Happy Easter Benita,
I know you posted this last year but I thought, what the heck, you might still want answers to your question. I found you through a link from Yvonne's blog- Moline- and I love following you through the seasons in your home and life. Last night, in an Easter and Spring inspired surge of energy, I drove to IKEA and came home with two Ektorp WHITE loveseats. I'm looking at them now with such a satisfied feeling. And, I'm not even nervous about my teenage boys sitting all over them.
Best,
Martha in Princeton, NJ

I found your blog through Rhonda Jean's blog, down-to-earth. I love her blog and I have to admit I love yours even more now! I'm enjoying reading through all your posts, and looking at your lovely photos so much. I live in Minnesota, USA and have a Swedish and Norwegian ancestry which we love to celebrate over here, so your style is very appealing to me.

Well, if you look at your site stats at all, you must wonder what this idiot from the Netherlands is doing on your blog for hours now. :-) I've been here before, but decided it would be nice to start from the beginning and catch up that way. One problem: it's so addicting, so now I've been here with the iBook on the couch forever, it seems!
But to answer your question (year-and-a-half old, but perhaps you still would like to know), I think I found you through Apartment Therapy. You are very inspirational, because I'm a messy person, and you make organising fun! So thank you for this blog, I hope you enjoy writing it as much as we do reading it!

Hi, I'm from Dublin, Ireland. I can't honestly remember where I first came across your blog - maybe I stumbled upon you on Twitter. Every morning now, after making my daughters lunch for school I have to check out your most recent post. You are inspirational and SO organized. I sometimes do what you do too, but in a much more casual and lazy way I suppose. Thank you.
