So, here's the downstairs footprint of our little abode. As you can see there isn't much living space down there besides from Martin's favourite space, the boat room. It's where he keeps all his nautical stuff, books, photos and prizes.
Apart from that room there's mostly utility areas. I do love my utility areas though. I love having a pantry, the garage workshop, laundry space and a storage room. They are a big part of why I love our little house so much.
